Get to Know Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual therapy to adolescents and adults across Florida. My work centers trauma, grief, identity, and major life transitions, with an attuned and collaborative approach that meets each person as an individual rather than a diagnosis. I draw from evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Supportive Talk Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Living Sideways is language that emerged from my own experience of sudden loss and the disorientation that followed. It names seasons when life no longer moves in a straight line and identity must be rebuilt in unfamiliar terrain. That lived experience shapes how I listen, hold complexity, and show up for my clients. I also offer coaching for adults seeking reflective, future oriented support outside of clinical treatment.

My work and writing engage suffering honestly, including the hard questions faith often raises in the midst of loss. I aim to create a space that is grounded, nonjudgmental, and down to earth, where complexity is welcomed and you do not have to have the right words to begin. I believe healing is rarely linear, and that growth often happens in sideways seasons.
